flent software package provides FLExible Network Tester for bufferbloat testing and more, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install flent
flent is installed in your system.
Make ensure the flent package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep flent *
You will get with flent package name, version, architecture and description in a table
